Lee Appleby
Co-Founder & Head Coach

Hi I’m Lee, My approach to coaching is all about making strength training accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience level. I love working with people, helping them grow stronger, and see the results of their hard work.

I’m committed to creating a welcoming environment where clients can feel comfortable challenging themselves while staying safe and focused on proper technique. For me, it’s all about helping people progress at their own pace and supporting them every step of the way. I can’t wait to work with you and help you reach your fitness goals!.

Fraser Jones
Co-Founder & Coach

Hi, I’m Fraser, Strength training has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m passionate about the outdoors and ensure that my training enables me to function in everything I do, from kayaking to climbing mountains, trail runs to long distance treks. Fitness should be accessible to everyone, and should enable us to live long, strong lives. No matter what age we start!

Anastasia Davenport
Gymnastics & Mobility Coach

Hi, I’m Ana, mobility coach at Chichester Strength and Conditioning. I’m passionate about incorporating movement into everyday life to support health and wellbeing and ensuring that our bodies have the strength and mobility needed to move pain free and functionally!

I have a background coaching Gymnastics and CrossFit and I love helping people achieve their fitness goals by improving their mobility, flexibility and general movement pattern. I can’t wait to help you unlock some new pbs soon!
