FAQs

  • At CSC we realise that everyone has different experiences with gyms. The coaches are there to make it a comfortable and welcoming place to be.

    CSC is different from a normal gym because there aren’t rows of machines and mirrors.

    Members are encouraged to focus on proper movement before weight.

  • Yes, you’ll need to book sessions offered by CSC to help us manage class sizes. Open gym access doesn’t require booking, but you must be a CSC member for safety and insurance purposes.

  • We offer free taster sessions, so you can come along, meet the coaches, and experience the training environment. There's no obligation or high-pressure sales to sign up. Our coaches are available to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

  • We provide a wide range of equipment, from weightlifting and powerlifting gear to bands, slam balls, sleds, boxes, and turf for explosive training. You’ll also find kettlebells and plenty of floor space for mobility work.

  • Yes, we have ample free parking available.

  • We offer Blue light discount for current and former members of the armed forces and emergency services.
